From the Excel file we send you, simply group and inform the different data depending on the modules you have subscribed (payroll, workflow, leave balances, rates of reimbursement, analytical approaches, ... ). Note that these datas can be changed later.

We create your corporate account and parameterize the system on the basis of informations transmitted by you via this file.

Once the initial setup done, we help you handling the tool: presentation and training to key features, navigation, administration, any specific. Depending on your organization, your legal or regulatory constraints, internal processes in your company and your operating mode, we refine the final configuration of the system (rights and access profiles, workflow applications,...). If necessary, you can adjust or complete the last remaining datas to initialize (additional users, leave balance counters, ...) and validate all those informations.

Your system is operational, you can deploy it and make it accessible to all employees of your company. For your convenience and to simplify the ownership and the understanding of the software, we deliver a training manual that you can give to the users, which explains the main things you should know to get started (login, changing their password ...).
