 What is the delay to activate a new account on the platform?

Setup usually lasts from 1 to 2 weeks, a few weeks maximum depending on your company size and organization particularities.

 How are secutity and confidentiality data guaranted?

All technical and legal means are used to be sure that access and data confidentiality and security are preserved.

 What are the pre-requisites to access the platform?

You only need to get a web connection and a browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox running on a Windows, Linux, MacOS or Unix environment to be able to access to all the tools and services subscribed.

 In what language is the platform available?

By default, the platform is available in French, English, German, Italian and Spanish. On request, we can also translate the interface in any other languages (Chineese, Arabic, ...).
